40 days ago, Jean joined BeachFit. She’s worked at one of our favorite spots, Sea Lustre right around the corner for us for a long while, and finally chose to give FitTown a try.
At the end of this 40 days, Jean not only lost almost 4% body fat and gained 3lbs of lean muscle… but she also said she is FEELING so much better.
“I love that BeachFit is simple and accessible but challenging. I’m so much stronger than I was 40 days ago.”, Jean said.
