Here at FitTown, we believe that movement is medicine, and Om Shanti Yoga School is just that.
Founding teacher of Om Shanti and FitTown member Jen Sloan leads us in “FitTown Flow”, a movement practice designed specifically for FitTown members. This class takes place at Om Shanti (right next door to FitTown) at 9am each Sunday.
She focuses on lengthening and stretching into the spaces of your body you may feel tightness or restriction. This practice helps to enhance your workouts, give you better range of motion, and improve your overall well being.
