Happy New Year! 2024 is here!
We want 2024 to be your best year yet, so we’re hosting a challenge to help you jumpstart your goals, whatever those may be.
This challenge will be coach-guided and will help keep you on track with your nutrition and habits. There will also be a fun team aspect for a little extra 
accountability
The cost to join will be $149 and that will include a “before” and “after” inbody scan, coaching , a local shopping guide, and go-to recipes to help keep you on track over the course of the challenge.
The challenge will run January 22nd – March 3rd, but sign ups will close on January 15 so make sure to sign up in the gym and secure your spot!
