In this episode of The FitTown Show, Coach Andrew and Coach Danielle sit down with FitTown member, Colton Partlow.

Colton started with us in 2017 after struggling with weight and cholesterol issues. He had lost his father and grandfather due to similar issues, and doctors wanted to place him on medication to control it in his early 30’s.

He decided he wanted to try exercise and nutrition first, and was able to bring both his cholesterol and down. In this video, Colton discusses his fitness and nutrition journey, and not only losing fat percentage, but gaining 10 pounds of muscle.
