Our FitKids Class starts up tomorrow for another 7-week session. Classes are T & Th for 8-12 and just Tues for 6-8. 315-415pm. Still spots left to join!
We teach more than just movement in our FitKids classes. We hope to help our kids build mental strength as much as physical strength. We look to instill positive habits into their lives and talk about what it means to eat healthy. They build their character and relationships with others.
Most importantly, they learn about the ownership they have over their health. They realize that if they want to build anything, it’s up to them to do it.
All it takes is their parents to sign them up.
