This Saturday, March 18th at 10am, Coach Danielle will be hosting an awesome workshop for our pregnant, postpartum, or hoping-to-become pregnant ladies!
She’ll be covering safe bracing and breathing techniques, along with teaching you how and when to modify your workouts. She’ll be providing safe alternatives for all stages of the pregnancy and post-partum period so Moms can get back to 100% as quickly as possible.
You’ll also have the opportunity to meet a bunch of women in our community who you can relate to, and who are going through the same stage of life as you.
