Introducing MOVE and BUILD

Our former programs, BeachFit and FTX, always had way more overlap then people realized. Both had unique ways of challenging strength and conditioning, but looked more similar than different.

With MOVE & BUILD, it’s our goal to be able to describe their similarities and differences more clearly for the user.

The biggest factor of BUILD is that it will be more accessible to any athlete and won’t have barriers to entry due to high technicality of the movements. You’ll still see movements like barbell cleans and rope climbs, but it’s our goal to make those days feel open and welcoming to everyone that walks in the doors that day.

MOVE won’t be changing much from BeachFit. It’s only changing in that we want to find opportunities to maximize your 45 minutes for moving. We want to talk less and move more.

We want the options of having MOVE & BUILD to attend each day be a HUGE value add to all of our members.

If you’re new to FitTown, message us so we can have you try out a FREE CLASS of each.
