1000 Workouts… AND a New Outlook on Nutrition

Today on the FitTown Show we have a very special guest joining us! Coach Andrew and Coach Danielle sit down with Allison Fredericks, a long-time FitTown member.

Allison joined us in 2015, and just did her 1000th workout right before recording this podcast. In the past 5 years, Allison has experienced progress and regression, but has now made lasting lifestyle changes that have given her a whole new outlook on her health fitness.

This past year, Allison has taken things to the next level after starting Nutrition Coaching with Danielle. In this episode, she details out her journey with fitness and nutrition, how she got to where she is, and where she plans to go with it in the future.
